Breakdowns
At our company, safety is our top priority. While vehicle breakdowns are extremely rare, we have clear policies in place to handle such situations. If a breakdown occurs on a motorway, the vehicle will be recovered to the nearest service station or junction. From there, customers can either arrange their own onward travel to the airport or wait for a replacement vehicle to complete their transfer.
In such cases, no charges will apply for the journey up to the point of the breakdown. However, we cannot be held responsible for significant delays caused by unforeseen mechanical failures or breakdowns. Please be aware that all transfers are booked under these terms and conditions.
